Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Preachr (the "Service"), an AI-assisted sermon preparation platform for pastors and preachers. The Service is provided by The Faith Company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you are contracting with The Faith Company and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the church or organization you represent. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The Service and licence

Preachr provides biblical research tools, outline generation, Bible notes, transcription and related features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent usage limits.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

  • using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfering with security — uploading malware, probing, scraping or overloading our systems;
  • generating hateful, harassing, deceptive (including deepfakes) or illegal content, or attempting to jailbreak or bypass AI safeguards.

4. AI-generated content

Preachr uses artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or theologically disputed. You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for having the rights to content you upload, and for reviewing and verifying all outputs (including Scripture references and quotations) before preaching, publishing or relying on them. Outputs are not a substitute for professional pastoral, legal, medical or counselling advice. As between you and us, you own your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Rights-holders may report suspected infringement to support@preachr.church; repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of sermons, notes and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

6. Intellectual property

The Faith Company retains all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and the Preachr name and branding. Bible translations remain the property of their respective publishers.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from Plan & Billing, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep Preachr reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Features may change over time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination, you may request an export of your content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify The Faith Company against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
